  Ansible installer replaced the manual runbook, now standard across 100+
  environments including high-availability setups.
- Reduced mean time to detect a failed install from ~2 hours of manual
  log-reading to under 5 minutes with Grafana dashboards, PromQL views and
  Azure Monitor/Log Analytics workbooks over Python health-report services.
- Resolved production incidents on 24x7 on-call — analyzed logs and metrics
  to diagnose failed installs and CI/CD breaks to root cause against
  customer SLAs, escalated via ServiceNow and shipped the fix.
- Mentored 5+ new joiners, authored runbooks and RCA write-ups, and
  presented incident walkthroughs to customers.
- Consolidated 20+ engineering teams onto one release path — Jenkinsfile/
  Groovy pipelines, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions on GHES self-hosted runners,
  Argo CD GitOps, Spinnaker, Maven, SonarQube gates, JFrog.
- Extended the estate into Azure Landing Zones across 5+ subscriptions —

- Designed 15+ pipelines as code that became the platform's standard
  release path, replacing per-team manual scripts with reviewed, gated
  pipelines.
- Instrumented 200+ systems with Grafana/Prometheus monitoring and
  alerting, catching failures before customers reported them.
- Automated infrastructure with Ansible across 100+ environments and
  delivered FastAPI/Flask REST services over deployment and reporting
  data, backed by Oracle, MySQL and HashiCorp Vault.
